(Web Development, PHP/JS, AI-Driven)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and scale webmail project in a fast-paced, technically strong environment. This role requires a hands-on PM who understands modern web technologies, can manage large teams, and actively uses AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of web project built with PHP and JavaScript
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional team of 10+ developers, QEs, and stakeholders
• Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical team
• Ensure clear requirements, documentation, and acceptance criteria
• Oversee integrations with APIs, authentication systems, and SSO solutions
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers
• Drive continuous improvement using AI tools for planning, estimation, reporting, and productivity
• Monitor delivery metrics, team performance, and project outcomes

Requirements

Location: Ukraine

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
• Strong spoken and written English (daily communication with international teams)
• Solid experience managing web projects using PHP and JavaScript
• Good understanding of APIs, authentication flows, and SSO concepts
• Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
• Extensive, practical use of AI tools and AI-powered components in daily PM work
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints

Nice to have:

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Background in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience integrating AI features into products or workflows
